REGISTRATION DESK OPENING HOURS
Registration desk will be open on following days:
Sunday, September 8th 17:00-19:30
Monday, September 9th 07:30-18:30
Tuesday, September 10th 08:00-18:30
Wednesday, September 11th 08:00-18:30
Thursday, September 12th 08:00-17:00
Authors who have submitted the presentation through the online platform will find their presentation in the session room directly and will not have to go to the Speaker Preview Room.
BADGES
Participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badge during all conference events. Admittance to the scientific sessions and Social Events will be refused if the required badge cannot be presented.
CATERING SERVICE
Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in Passi Perduti area, level -2.
A gluten free buffet will be available.
BAR
Two bar will be open all conference days (9-12 September) from 08:00 to 18:00 at level -1 of Villa Vittoria and level 0 of Palazzo degli Affari.
WIFI
Wifi is available in all congress spaces for all registered participants.
