Online Registrations will close on September 2, 2024 at 11:00 am CEST. After this date only on-site registrations will be possible.
Conditions
* Member = Member of any ICAS Member Society or ICAS Associate Member
** Student = undergraduate or full-time graduate students at the time of the Congress
*** All accompanying persons must be registered
Registration fees include:
Regular Delegates – Attendance at the Congress sessions, Welcome Reception on Sunday, Congress Reception on Monday, lunches Monday to Thursday, coffee/tea and water through the days, and Congress kit.
Students – Same as for Regular Delegates plus Student Party on Tuesday.
Retired Persons – Same as for Regular Delegates.
Accompanying Persons – Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and the Congress Reception on Monday evening, possibility to book an organized Accompanying person tour.
Cancellation – registration fee
The registration can be cancelled until July 15, 2024. However, a cancellation fee of 50 EUR will be charged. After this date, no refunds are possible. Should you be unable to attend, you may, however, be substituted by a colleague. Cancellation or name changes must be made in writing and sent to: icas2024.reg@aimgroup.eu
Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that ICAS 2024 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
